ASG, Inc., announces the purchase of Ockham Development Group to complement its functional outsourcing and staffing services to the pharmaceutical industry.
ASG announced today that it has purchased Ockham Development Group for an undisclosed amount of stock. James V. Baker, President & CEO, of ASG said, “We were actively looking for opportunities to add more value and increase the range of services we can currently offer to our clients. We are excited to be able to add this unique clinical research organization and its full development lifecycle consulting services to our existing services. The addition of the Ockham team and its services will absolutely accelerate the ASG strategy to be the company of choice when choosing to outsource or augment staffing of a clinical trial.”
Dr. Joshua S. The transaction was completed on February 3, 2009.
