1999 - inGenium Research, Inc. founded in Cary, North Carolina, a spin-off of ASG, Inc.

2002 – Global reach encompasses regional operations in Europe, South America and the Middle East.

2004 - Joshua S. Baker, Ph.D., appointed President and CEO. A leading industry executive internationally recognized for his expertise in pharmacogenomics R&D, as well as in CRO services.

2005 – inGenium rechristened and reincorporated as Ockham Development Group and reorganized into distinct service groups designed to meet targeted needs of clientele.

2007 – Growth requires Ockham to expand – with new office in Wilmington, North Carolina, and a new location for Philadelphia-area staff.

2008 – Ockham opens West Coast offices in San Diego.
